How to optimize your boiler and extend its useful life
Optimizing the operation of the boiler is a key objective for the managers of the plants in steam and combustion processes that seek efficiency, prolonging the useful life of the boilers and achieving considerable savings.
Precise measurement and monitoring optimize boiler performance and protection for efficient operations. Steam continues to be an essential source of energy for heating industrial processes, which are currently forced to assume the constant increase in energy costs. Faced with this situation, the downtimes and maintenance times represent a pressure that affects the competitiveness of the plants, so it is vital to maintain and improve the boiler rooms and the combustion and control systems.
Steam boilers
Two and three gas passes to adapt to the needs of the plant.
- Two steps: From 250 Kg / h to 5,500 Kg / h, with pressures up to 16 bar.
- Three steps: From 1 t / h to 30 t / h, with pressures from 4 to 16 bar.
Characteristics:
- Optimal ratio between the volume of steam and water, which allows it to absorb large peaks in steam demand.
- High heating of the surface with drier steam.
- Low NOx levels and perfect combustion thanks to the low thermal load of the combustion chamber (≤1,3 MW / m3).
- Wet-back design that provides excellent heat transfer.
- Low pressure in the hearth that provides better combustion.
- The boilers can work with rotary cup or pressure injection burners.
- Boiler efficiencies of up to 91%, and up to 95% with economizer.
- Easy installation and maintenance by means of the practicable platform located in the upper part of the boiler.
- Tubes welded to the plate.
- CE certificateof compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 / CEE.
- Design in accordance with TS 377 EN 12953 .
Steam process

Steam is used in a wide range of industries. The most common applications for steam are steam heating processes in industrial factories, canning plants, agri-food production plants and facilities for public use.

Hot water boilers
Two and three gas passes, with the following typology:
- Low temperature boilers.
- High energy efficiency condensing boilers.
The powers range from 80 kW to 5000 kW and a maximum pressure of 8 bar.
Biomass boilers
Industrial biomass boilers. Biomass makes its way into urban heat networks or District Heating as a fuel generated in proximity and due to its quality of sustainable energy. Depending on your needs, Reinva designs the fireplace and grill to burn any type of fuel.
