Commissioning of a second-hand steam boiler by Reinva
Reinva, an industrial steam technology and process engineering company, has commissioned a second-hand steam boiler in a Spanish plant in the food sector. The new equipment will soon be operational in a cheese production factory located in the center region of the country.
The commissioning of the second-hand steam boiler is produced in substitution of a venerable Babcock & Wilcox Española boiler from 1984, which has reached the limit of its useful life in the plant and which required a rapid change to maintain running the activity.
The new boiler has a steam production capacity of 3,200 kilograms and a working pressure of 9 bar, and it will use fuel oil as fuel.
