Reinva, new facilities and diversification of activity
Reinva, a company traditionally dedicated to steam boiler maintenance and spare parts activities, has recently moved its activity to a new pavilion in the town of Artea with the aim of modernizing its facilities and diversifying its activity. With this strategy, the company integrates the fields of engineering and manufacturing into its activity.
The expansion and modernization of its facilities will allow it to integrate its technological capacity and its own product with turnkey projects in key sectors of activity such as autoclaves, food and beverages, chemicals and petrochemicals, iron and steel, paper industry and hospital and hotel services.
After a long history of forty years in the application of combustion technologies, with the offer of products and services aimed at optimizing the productivity of facilities that require heat and steam in industrial processes, the company now also includes the engineering offer “a measure ”after entering the orbit of the industrial group of the energy sector Energy and Environment Combustion and incorporating a solid engineering department for the development of industrial steam processes
Reinva thus goes on to provide a complete service to the energy and steam processes required by industrial plants. It will be in charge of designing and executing tailor-made projects and accompanying its clients in their engineering, supply, energy audit, installation, maintenance and spare parts needs for their plants. The company will focus on designing and supplying facilities and equipment for combustion and steam processes, industrial boilers and combustion systems. At the same time, it will maintain its traditional activity of maintenance, supply and repair of industrial facilities.
Energy saving solutions for industrial plants
With its sights set on adapting the company to the new demands of its customers and the energy transition, Reinva faces this new stage with the modernization and transfer of its facilities from its old facilities in Barakaldo to its new location in the Polígono Bildosola, in the Biscayan town of Artea, which concentrates a large activity of companies linked to the energy sector.
The company adapts to face new challenges posed to the energy sector, with the offer of energy saving solutions for industrial plants, which is increasingly a requirement of competitiveness, given the runaway increase in the price of hydrocarbons and the cost of the ton of C02. “This situation makes it more necessary than ever to consider the installation of energy saving solutions in boilers, such as the installation of economizers or hot air preheaters, combustion optimization systems, high temperature pressurized condensate collection systems, etc. that can lower the energy bill, “says the company spokesman.
Added to this challenge that companies face is the challenge of limiting pollutant emissions into the atmosphere, a mandatory regulation for the industry that will enter into force on January 1, 2025.
Last but not least, Reinva illustrates the modernization of facilities and diversification of its activities with the renewal of its website and corporate image, as well as the incorporation of a digital marketing plan in order to improve the customer experience. The new integrated channels will allow you to be more agile and efficient in permanent interaction and listening with your customers, suppliers and target audience.
